BROOO Shiki basically turning into a project is wild because it shows the story shifting from fights to strategy, where he’s no longer just a fighter but something being analyzed. I'm pissed T_T

No action but constant pressure. Lowkey stressful in a good way because it builds anticipation instead of releasing it immediately.

This episode leaning more into mind games than combat but actually works because it makes the enemy feel smarter instead of just stronger LMAO

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 19 of 24, this is deep into the back half of the season where alliances fracture and loyalties get tested before the endgame. It follows the uncertainty seeded in 'Haunted by Doubt' and escalates the psychological stakes, pulling Shiki deeper into a conflict where deception may be more dangerous than any oni. The deliberate pacing here directly sets the stage for 'Rage vs. Rage,' signaling that the tension coiled in this episode is about to explode into direct confrontation.
