Episode 4 is here and it is a step up from yesterday's, continuing with the character introductions. Really like the ending scene of this episode, especially the lighting as it is probably the best the show has looked up to that point.

The story keeps getting more exciting. Loved seeing the four of them at lunch—their different personalities click so well. Taiga's way of peeling potatoes was hilarious, and Kitamura’s reveal adds intrigue. The rooftop talk is so heartfelt. Can’t wait for the next episode.

I really love the unprdictability of this anime as we dive slightly about Kitamura as a persona and hints of flashback, lore and foreshadowing. The slow build up to the shocking reveal in the end is greatly paced along with the development of the characters especially Taiga.

Love the perfect balance of nichijou aspect and the plot progression in this episode. I was really surprised when Kitamura admitted what he said to Ryuji but also kind of expected it. It's just the way he said it was so nonchalant and fitting to his character.

I sensed a lack of direction, no real movement towards the over plot. This is simply them socializing with nothing really happening besides possibly them spending more time together.
