Tono to Inu

"Tono to Inu" transports viewers to the tumultuous Warring States period of Japan. The story centers on Tono, a man once renowned for his fearsome prowess on the battlefield. Now, however, he is impoverished and resides in a humble tenement house. Despite his meager circumstances, Tono takes in a dog. This canine companion, however, is anything but obedient.
