📖 SYNOPSIS

Agetarō Katsumata, the third-generation heir to his family's tonkatsu restaurant, spends his days working under his father's watchful eye. However, Agetarō lacks any real drive or enthusiasm for the family business. His life takes an unexpected turn when he accidentally enters a nightclub in his neighborhood. There, he witnesses the energy and skill of a disc jockey. Intrigued, Agetarō begins to see a connection between the rhythmic movements of a DJ and the precise techniques required to cook the perfect tonkatsu.
