This episode is a good continuation of the previous season finale. The building of Tenjiku as this season’s antagonist, while introducing new characters, was well done. Dots are being connected involving Takemichi’s ability, and what is revealed does well to move the plot and create interesting future interactions.

It immediately introducing a darker atmosphere and a sense of urgency. Rather than spending much time easing viewers back into the story, the episode quickly establishes that a new threat has emerged and that the challenges facing Takemichi and Toman are bigger than ever.
