EPISODE REVIEWS

This first episode was fire. It hit me right away with that dark, intense opening and didn’t really slow down. The pacing was super fast, and I was hooked pretty much the whole time. The animation had that mid-2000s look to it, and the creepy soundtrack fit the vibe really well. It also kept me wondering about the main character’s past without explaining much yet. Great start to the series, and I’m curious to see where it goes. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into dark supernatural action with a horror vibe.

This episode has a truly excellent opening. Right from the very start, it already had me feeling tense and anxious—especially with those graphic, violent scenes of bloodshed and death. I also really appreciate how the story is unfolding; so many important moments took place in this episode. There are still puzzling sequences that left me quite surprised and wondering, too: I still cannot tell whether the beings attacking are monsters, ghosts or zombies. As for the visuals, they are decent enough, though not particularly outstanding. The soundtrack is also perfectly fine. I will simply look forward to what unfolds in the episodes ahead.

From the very beginning it makes you wonder what kind of story it is and what kind of enemies the main character will face. The action follows a classic style but it is well done. The story also has a strong sense of suspense.
