I can not believe they handed Segami a manual via QR code right before sending him into a Shibuya warzone

Honestly this episode was so bad. I'm not sure why they choose to focus the story on a character that mentally feels weak and boring. Its kinda hard to watch. There's not much story progression as well.

Who's idea was it to have the half episode about 1 plot only, and the other half to be spent on a beta ass character doing absolutely nothing. Awful episode!
