This ep is a total aesthetic and the sound design is honestly carrying. We finally get the backstory and character depth needed to see why Setsu is so lost after his grandfather’s death, and that school performance was fire.

The development is great. The chemistry between Setsu and Shuri is fun, especially when exploring the Shamisen outside of tradition. The vibe of spring and new beginnings is really felt. The balance of humor and serious passion for music is really hooking.
