Things settle down a bit here compared to the first episode. The animation stays consistent throughout. It definitely felt like a breezy watch, and I found myself laughing out loud a few times.

Several new characters are introduced in this episode, and we finally get to see the explanation behind the opening scene from the first episode. While it's not as strong as the premiere, it's still a decent episode overall. I'm not really fond of Shinta, though,I she's a bit of a Mary Sue.
