The animation quality drop like 50-60% in this episode. This is the episode where will be your turning point, if you able to watch it through the end and don't mind where the story take you, go ahead. The conversation also dry between Yoki and Cecilia. :(

Episode Context

Episode 5 hits the midpoint approach of this rom-com fantasy and pivots inward. The title says it all. Youki confronts his demon identity head-on, and the episode leans into that tension between who he was and who he's trying to become. Expect a tonal shift toward introspection compared to the previous episode's confrontational energy, but this is still a comedy first. The humor stays grounded in Youki's awkward navigation between demon peers and the Hero's party, mining laughs from his inability to fully commit to either world. Character development gets real breathing room here without sacrificing the lighthearted pacing the series is built on. It's an identity episode dressed in fantasy comedy clothes, the kind that quietly deepens your investment in the cast before the back half of the season kicks in.
