The scene where the grieving mother whispers that the child isn't a doll then just vanishes had me genuinely creeped out. But then the ninja showing up to save the day felt like it came from a completely different show. Weird mix of tones but I'm invested in the Taro-chan lore now

Episode Context

This self-contained incident follows the events of the previous episode, titled 'Stormy Weather Decision.' The narrative shifts focus to a separate case involving Takeuchi and a suspicious doll found at an accident site. This entry operates independently before the season progresses to Episode 9, maintaining the anthology structure of the series.
