What a beautiful movie. Self-discovery, romance, past trauma, it has SO MUCH. I didn't think much before starting the movie, other than the fact that it looked beautiful. The emotional turmoil each character is going through weighs heavy..

All in all 9/10 due to the pacing feeling a little off at times. Great movie, would recommend. Be ready to maybe cry a little though :')

This movie is great! The use of colors to portray emotions and mood is epic! Especially yellow, green, orange, and blue. Blue, in particular, is really beautifully used in certain scenes. The message of the movie, the romance, and the adventure aspect were also good. Lastly, the piano and the ending song were also beautiful. 10/10 watch for me.

I absolutely love the art style in this movie, the backgrounds and scenery honestly looked so beautiful and genuinely looked like paintings. I also thought the soundtrack sounded amazing, it made a lot of the scenes feel much more emotional. I really loved every interaction between Tono and Hanashiro, their scenes together felt so heartwarming. At the same time, a lot of the scenes involving Tono's situation was genuinely so heartbreaking to watch.

It was a masterpiece. The animation was so worth it. I may have shed a few tears here and there. But more than the animation, the story was profound in a way that you end up picking up little lessons in between. It's a great watch for people who want something chill in a sense that would make them cry both sad and happy tears. The irony makes it all worth it.
