The action and fighting scenes in this episode are spectacular. Probably the best episode in the series thus far as the stakes are high and the animation is really great. Hopefully the rest of the episodes are on the same pace.
The situation and the conflict among the different group seeking greater power in the Demon World continue to intensify. Mio's true power was finally revealed. The scenes were absolutely jaw dropping.
Best episode of the season so far. The action is intense from start to finish, with Basara, Zest, and especially Mio getting great moments to shine. The long-awaited Zest fanservice finally arrives, but surprisingly it doesn't overshadow the episode's serious tone. The fights are well done, the power displays are impressive, and the ending raises the stakes even further. It's a shame this is only the midpoint of the season.
