Episode seven and for the first minute I thought we would get our first continuation episode but it seems that this is rather a prequel and a sequel to episode six. We learn why Senpai had Kaori in his room and what happened after he left Hanuki's place.
The circle and parallel back to the previous episode is somehow genius!!! Perhaps these recent episode are different from the earlier. The way we could see another "route" taken if it was for the other girl. Still, it filled with the same chaotic and weird comedy from our MC.
Focus is Kaori's story. Watashi ends up with the love doll. develops actual feelings? gets attached? when plans fall apart he just takes Kaori and runs. Jougasaki catches them on a bridge. Ozu is there. Watashi loses again. same arcs from different angles is GENIUS. 🌉
