After getting dumped, failing his college entrance exams, and convincing himself that a fresh start means a new apartment and a year of serious studying, one unlucky guy finds that plan immediately falls apart when he discovers his new place sits directly above an erotic nightclub — and that his room already has an occupant: a girl named Urara Asagiri, who he walks in on changing.
