This episode is mainly about Red versus Amen, and it really feels like the story is trying to make Azir as Tougo's equal. We also get more of Azir's backstory, although I found it to be fairly predictable. The fight is hilariously noisy, which seems to be a nod to modern tokusatsu. Unfortunately, it relies heavily on still frames and has very little actual animation. The episode is also padded out with the Kizuna Five segment at the end, but it remains entertaining overall.
