The Quintessential Quintuplets

I started it for the meme, and then it became one of my favourite anime oat

Really good anime about the quintuplets who needs a tutor but doesn’t like the guy who needs to tutor them for a lot of money. I am lowkey really interested about how they have fallen in love with each other. Overall great.

Really good first episode which is not just boring. It shows us the characters really good and what will this be about. It doesn’t really seem that much from the first episode that this is romance anime but either way I like it.

The real peak over the peak

FInally we get to the season finally of TQQ. Wraps everything up beatifully and shows the bond between Futaro and the quintuplets has been forging. We also get a glimpse of a future that has yet to come, however some details are still left unsaid.

Final day of the school camping trip. Accidental bonding moment between Ichika and Futaro. This episode also further expands the already complicated relationship between the quintuplets and Futaro.

The sisterly bond between the quintuplets is something. It becomes a prominent theme in this episode. Also, the use of past & present is used nicely to portray the narrative. And it is nice. The animation felt really light-hearted in the finale of S1. Looking forward to S2.

All the interaction between the sisters and the MC strengthens the plot. The spectrum of each character’s feelings is presented nicely here. The skiing episode is a common episode for a rom-com. I personally like how the differences are expressed here between the characters.

The camping episode surely draws the audience's attention. The direction really builds up the momentum, and the anticipation of the final dance around the camp fire becomes more potent. The narrative and the flow, along with the pace, are perfect in this episode.

Hot Spring Episode. It surely follows the pattern of a typical rom-com anime. Still, the narrative gives us quite a laugh. The fan service is done right here. While the pace seemed fast, the flow and animation felt perky. It perfectly foreshadows the next episode.

Part 2 of the school camping trip, this episode's focus is the courage test teased some few episodes ago. Misunderstandings galore and secret identies like the ones in a superhero story are here. Futaro also creates major decision problem because of a mistake he made here

School camping trip offically starts, plotwise it's a great episode featuring the quintuplets and Futaro doing onsen stuff and chillaxing However the animation of this episode drops in quality in some scenes

This episode shift focus to the bond each of the Nakano sister have on each other. There's also a revelation at the end of the episode, which was foreshadowed a few episodes ago adds a new layer for this anime

The conclusion of the exam arc, the episode where Futaro' efforts are tested on whether they have an affect or not. The chibi quintuplets are cute overload, and "Operation Doppelganger" is clever and hillarious.

Midterms are near, this means Futaro is gonna be working extra hard this episode to tutor the sister in order for them to pass. This episode also introduces Mr. Nakano, the father of the quintuplets. First glance seems of that of strict father and business man.

Futaro falls ill. Now it's time for the quintuplets to care for him in return. The romance ramps up when a confession unexpectedly hits, taking the stakes up as the finale sets up for future storylines meant for the next season. Nice soundtrack accompany the finale.

Continuation of the festival episode from last time. It's also focuses on Ichika's dreams and ambition and also her burden of being the eldest of the quintuplets.

The trip's final day continues, with a few of the sisters sharing some tender moments with Futaro, specifically Ichika and Miku. It set a somewhat introspective tone for the episode as earlier hostility melts into a complicated form of trust between Futaro and the siblings.

The intrigue continues as the camping trip continues. Just who is that blond boy in Futaro's handbook? We get more insight into Nino's perspective in the episode, with some fun comedy and character interactions during the camping trip.
