Episode Context

Arriving immediately after the emotionally charged Ryoma vs. Atobe showdown in Episode 114, this filler episode functions as a deliberate cooldown before the story shifts into its next major gear. It's a comedic palate cleanser sitting at the exact transition point between completed rivalry matches and the upcoming high-stakes confrontation with Rikkaidai, which begins in Episode 116. Viewers can skip directly to 116 without missing any narrative continuity.
