This episode was emotional, creepy, dark, and intense. The story wasn’t only focused on rescuing Hiyakawa it also showed the struggles that the other characters were going through in their own different ways. But what really stuck in my mind were the last few minutes of the episode… Sensei seriously annoyed me. Haha !

this episode completely broke me because seeing Mikado step up to rescue Hiyakawa from his isolation was incredibly powerful. Besides that Hanzawa investigation finally uncovers the dark truths of the cult

Episode Context

Episode 10 earns its title. With only two episodes remaining after this, 'Resolve' shifts into a deliberately introspective gear, pulling Mikado and Hiyakawa's partnership into sharp emotional focus. The supernatural horror elements take a backseat here to psychological tension and character-driven drama. Expect a slower, more measured pace as both protagonists confront internal fears and wrestle with what their bond actually means, themes of trust and courage run heavy throughout. This is the quiet before the storm, the kind of episode that prioritizes emotional stakes over action setpieces. The BL undertones deepen alongside genuine vulnerability from both leads. If you've been invested in Mikado and Hiyakawa's dynamic more than the mystery itself, this episode delivers. If you need momentum, patience is required, the payoff is being loaded for what comes next.
