A lot happened, but it still felt short because of the cliffhanger. I like Noel’s androgynous design, and the animation is solid, especially in close-up shots. Overall, it’s a good premiere, but it leans more on introducing Noel’s ambitions and the world setup, which IMO isn’t enough to fully sell the series yet.
