This was an ultra-sweet emotional finale.

I really appreciate the pacing of this episode, the lore is really coming together.

Komon's story was so heartwarming, another emotionally packed punch, and Chugo staying with Komon was so sweet.

Of course, there's a class cafe this episode, the costumes are so cute!!

This episode definitely feels like a domino piece that will raise future conflicts that'll be really interesting.

not far off from season 1, It's pretty comfortable and things continue the same. It really gave slice of life which I absolutely adore.

It all makes sense now. I have to give props to this finale because it completely defied my expectations; I thought it was going to be a simple, predictable resolution, but it was so much more than that. I am definitely curious if a continuation is in the cards, but part of me hopes this is the end. If a sequel just means dragging the plot out the way this season did, it will only drag the whole momentum down.

There was a genuine sense of tension when Abeno set out to find answers, to the point where I was actually worried about him for a bit. While I still wish the show would just stick to the main lore instead of constantly interrupting the mood, this episode felt like a major step up in terms of setup. That cliffhanger at the end was excellent.

I wouldn't call this episode a complete waste, but it was honestly pretty boring. It feels like the creators are intentionally stretching things out. The answers and clues are right there for the taking, yet the plot keeps getting dragged out because the show insists on focusing on episodic yokai encounters rather than advancing the actual lore.

The overall theme and the costumes this episode were great, and Abeno looked absolutely badass in his outfit. That said, I was really hoping the show would maintain its momentum and dive deeper into the lore established in the last episode. Instead, it felt like a sudden detour into another disconnected story, completely sidelining the main plot progression we just set up

The sudden pivot into deep lore is exactly what this show needed. It clears up so many of my lingering questions and actually gives me a reason to stay invested in the narrative. It is incredibly refreshing to get some substantial story development instead of falling back on that same repetitive yokai of the week formula.

I really love the emotional and heartwarming gestures the group showed for Keshi in this episode. The added lore was also a fantastic touch that made the world feel much deeper. At the same time, it is still so weird, funny, and nice to see our two main characters actually being kind to one another for a change haha.

I am really curious to see how the new yokai introduced in this episode will impact the story's trajectory moving forward. The pacing has definitely shifted back into a much slower gear, and while I hope this is just a brief pause to build up the mystery, I can't help but wonder if we are headed back into a slower, episodic routine.
