The fight scene was smooth, I like the special effects. The backstory was interesting and I think it adds a more heavy lore. The kids with their seniors were funny though. And I'm seeing Lan Zhan in a different light now.

Episode Context

Picking up directly from the Yi City arc established in the season premiere, 'Shuanghua' deepens the central mystery of the cursed severed arm while expanding the cast's involvement, particularly Jiang Cheng and Jin Ling. This episode serves as a crucial bridge, layering in new challenges and character dynamics that transition the narrative toward the 'Great Dream' arc ahead. At episode two of twelve, it's firmly in setup territory, but the escalating tension signals the season is building toward major revelations.
