I rather enjoyed this first episode. It was humorous and action packed! It didn't really leave much time to get the know the characters outside of Brian, but I don't think it's takes away too much from the narrative. I look forward to watching the rest of the season.

It has a bold, interesting start. The characters seem pretty eccentric, but they look pretty plain. I like the art style and vivid colours; it looks like Vox Machina.
