In this episode we see a six-month time skip as we focus on the NHK Cup. The episode mainly focuses on Tetsumo Minamino instead of Jotaro, even though we don’t see Jotaro that much, but the announcers reveal that he was able to steadily climb from 15th place to 6th place.
We’re fully focused on the NHK gymnastics competition, and this is where the animation really shines in the various disciplines on display — although I would have liked to see more performances from the competitors spread over two episodes rather than crammed into just one.
Arranca la Copa NHK para la que Jotaro estuvo entrenando tanto, pero el capítulo se sintió bastante irrelevante. Uno esperaba ver sus avances y su desempeño en el torneo, pero prefirieron centrarse en los competidores jóvenes, que la verdad aportan poco y nada. Lo único rescatable fue la rutina de Tetsuo, aunque sigue siendo un tipo insoportable. En general una decepción que a Jotaro no lo mostraran compitiendo ni haciendo nada, ojalá que en la siguiente competición le den el protagonismo que merece en la pista.
