Episode 7 is a filler episode in every sense. Nothing important happens. The plot doesn't advance. The characters don't develop. The animation is the worst it's been. The masked man subplot is introduced and then abandoned. The tournament is set up but not actually started. The maid cafe is unnecessary fanservice . The duel is supposed to be the climax but looks like a slideshow. If you're still watching this show at Episode 7, you're either a completionist or you're hate-watching. There's nothing here that justifies the time investment.
