Que hermoso es encontrar un lugar donde lo que otros ven como tu desventaja es en realidad tu virtud. Le paso a Majime y 13 años después, a Kishibe. A veces las oportunidades no se dan en la forma que uno espera y solo hay que cambiar la perspectiva. :)

A timeskip of 13 years sees this episode introduce a number of changes to the status quo, including a newbie who seems to be a great fit. The whole thing was bittersweet, with some sad realisations along with happy ones. It felt like growing up with these characters.
