This is the kind of hype that comes from seeing a character you initially think is weak turn out to be incredibly strong. There’s so much excitement in that kind of plot, where the underdog, the bullied kid, the fool, or someone you’d least expect turns out to be much more than they seem. I also love the blend of humor, which makes the show absolutely enjoyable to watch.
Pilot episode of this anime was so good! The premise was interesting and explained beautifully, and I can see that this anime probably pioneered this kind of genre. It got me hooked already in the first episode.
What an interesting introduction. The first episode tried to balance itself with plot progression, character introductions, comedy, and action. As a fan of the live action, I'm looking forward to where the anime will fare.
