This is also important for the plot, so it's a given to not skip it. That said, I find the strategies and political nuances in Wein and Lowa's conversation to be quite fascinating. It's subtle, but I see parallels to it in our modern world. Though, if I'm being honest, I'm rewatching it now purely to see Ninym again, lol.
