Heavy on talking and setup, but it’s really about the politics starting to fall apart. The rulers’ secrets start getting exposed and things get pretty dark as the characters realize they’re just being used. It’s not an action-heavy episode at all, but the character development makes it worth it. Definitely a good watch if you’re into the story.

I think this one is a bit slow and bit of everything everywhere, something that I don't hate but it's not my favorite either. Touko and Koushi finally reunite and take another step toward uncovering the truth behind the Flickering Flame.
