okay this ep closes here and it earns every minute of its four episode runtime ngl. the resolution hits with full emotional force and kindaichi putting it all together lands harder than usual. must watch one of the strongest arc closers in the season dude fr.

This episode brings the case to a satisfying conclusion with every mystery receiving a clear and well-paced explanation. Looking back, it was frustrating to realize how many clues I had overlooked. I guess I simply wasn't observant enough this time 😅. I can't say this was my most enjoyable case from the perspective of solving it alongside Kindaichi. Excluding the short case, I only managed to correctly figure out one out of the three major cases, so this one definitely got the better of me. Even so, it was another impressive display of Kindaichi's deductive skills and a satisfying conclusion overall.

This is what i’m talking about! It’s gonna be interesting once there’s someone like that. This was emotional and I get where Ujie is coming from. The deductions was good and this would be really perfect if the effects were improved.
