EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

Coming off the establishment of Shadow Garden in episode 2, this third episode pivots to Cid's double life at Midgar Academy, grounding the series in its school setting and introducing key relationships, particularly with Alexia, that will drive upcoming conflicts. At episode 3 of 20, this is firmly in early-season foundation territory, bridging the origin setup with the larger narrative threads that will escalate through the season's midpoint and beyond.
