EPISODE REVIEWS

I feel this episode is split in two parts. One part focusing on Kinji's journey and the other focusing on another character's backstory. The transition is not seamless and feels quite jarring. Always expect the unexpected in this series.

Ranga’s strange dream sequence gives the episode a surprisingly emotional core. Even with all the bizarre comedy, Kinji encouraging her to choose her own path genuinely lands.

Kinji is literally the king of psychological warfare. I loved seeing him manipulate the dungeon economy because it shows how clever he really is.
