I really find the pacing to be really slow. I mean, we're still at the same stage as we were in the first episode. While there has been a little character development and progression, it hasn't been as character-driven as I expected. That said, Aika is at least showing a little more of her inner thoughts now. But still, it's really not enough. Sajou isn't really doing much either. He's low-key still simping.

Talk about character development in this episode. New character in this episode also. Is there a story buildup in this episode for Wataru and Aika? Who knows. But Aika is so obvious in this episode. She might not say it, but it's obvious.
