This was such a great conclusion to their dungeon quest in the Tomb of Terror. It really encapsulated the saying that the adventure isn't over until you make it home. Even escaping the dungeon was just as much of a challenge as defeating the final boss, and the episode did a great job establishing those stakes.

There's really something about Arthur's internal monologue that I find can be done better but I can't put my finger on it. But anyway, good payoff in this episode from the past series of events. And tension build-up for the next is nicely done too

Landing at the midpoint of a 12-episode season, this episode arrives directly in the aftermath of Episode 6's betrayal arc, giving Arthur, and the audience, space to process the fallout before the story accelerates again. It bridges the wound of what came before with the consequences that begin surfacing in Episode 8, 'The King's Day In Court,' making it a critical emotional reset that the back half of the season likely depends on.
