I like the concept of this episode. Again new character, new villian.. But the plot was engaging with no action scenes. The animation of a particular scenes which was in a outskirt coastal area was beautiful! The ending had bit of sad moment.

There’s a new villain this time. It’s like cat and mouse because the thief is hard to catch. The episode shifts to investigation and flashbacks to help overcome the crisis. Then it leads to an actual battle at the end, and it keeps us with a cliffhanger since the fight wasn’t concluded
