The squad is forcibly separated, creating new drama between the members, although it doesn't quite hit the mark. Still, this kicks off the final stretch of the show, so stay seated!
The first half had a lot of talking that could make you sleepy before it shifted to an intense moment that progressed the main storyline. There were a few comedic moments, but they didn’t disrupt the tempo of the plot. The second half of the episode was worth watching because it was related to the main plot and was much more intense
the transition episode as the main mission wraps and the show pivots toward its endgame. Seina's squad being disbanded feels like it should be more emotionally devastating than the episode quite manages to convey — the separation deserved a little more room to breathe. that said the new threat emerging from Tarant's forces keeps momentum going and prevents the episode from feeling like a hollow wind-down. the character moments between Seina and each crew member in their brief goodbyes are sweet even if slightly rushed.
