Episode Context

Following episode one's release of Ryoko from centuries of imprisonment, this second installment introduces the second core heroine, Princess Ayeka, fundamentally reshaping the group dynamic and deepening the show's mythology around the planet Jurai. Her arrival sets the stage for the expanding harem and escalating intergalactic complications that define the OVA series. The threads introduced here carry directly into episode three, 'Hello, Ryo-Ohki!', as the character roster and cosmic entanglements continue to grow.
