Sad ep. We got another backstory but at what cost... That said, this episode can be skipped, but I highly suggest that people not to skip it. This specific ep touches on the realities of families, the struggles, most especially for the kids. It's a bit heartbreaking, you may need to pause in latter parts to get tissues.
Emotional and heartwarming episode. It focuses on the mother-daughter relationship. By the end, it was hard not to cry. Overall, the pacing was good and there were no dark themes.
Relating more to the parental side of things, this episode also attacks the feels. The plot seems lost against the issues of the guests, although that may be the intention. I mean by this point you're a member of the staff too, wanting things to work out but knowing they may not.
