So that was the reason Wakana was hesitant to sing. She really has a sad past. Losing her mother at such a young age and carrying the regrets of what she wishes she could have done makes it even more emotional.

Wakana’s backstory was really heavy, nearly made me cry too. It certainly shows why she hasn’t sung yet.
