Tanetsuke Ojisan to Papakko JD Saimin Seikatsu The Animation
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Expecting her dad to come home, university student Karen gets a visitor — except the man who shows up isn't her father. He's an imposter, and he's using hypnosis to blur the line between who she thinks she's talking to and who's actually in the room with her. That unsettling premise is the backbone of this single-episode OVA from Studio 1st, adapted from the manga of the same name. The animation is clean and the pacing leans into the psychological tension of the setup — watching Karen interact with someone she trusts completely while the audience knows something is deeply wrong has a creepy, voyeuristic pull to it. It's less about action and more about the slow unraveling of perception and control. If you've watched Kansen: Inyoku no Rensa and liked how it built atmosphere before getting explicit, this has a similar approach. Fans of Tanetsuke Ojisan to NTR Hitozuma Sex will also find familiar territory here in terms of tone and character dynamics. It's a short commitment at one episode, and it doesn't waste time getting into the premise. Just go in knowing what genre this is — it doesn't disguise itself, and the psychological manipulation angle is front and center from the first scene.
