I think what made this anime shine the most if the women sensibility and perspective is being acknowledged and shine is such a refreshing take I am eating every scene of this episode. Boys that are dense or lack tact aren't written to be endearing but instead called out for their misogyny. It's great that this anime isn't written to be sports anime but to use baseball as a narrative device for women's equality.
