The best thing about this anime is the fact it can depict great femine fortitude within a harsh sports space often dominated by men. The girls don't try to be a tomboy, they stay true to their upbringing and values yet their determination is what lead them through the game. The fact that almost each girls get through a milestone through what they achieve in baseball is honestly so good to showcase their development as characters as well.
