I swear, it is a absolute crime how underrated and overlooked this show is. Seriously, more people need to be here watching this!
A back-to-back flashback sequence! It was interesting to see the past master of Mystere, Pascal. She really did "live" in world that is so full of death. Although It was bit drawn out, it was enjoyable to see nonetheless. The second part had a bit of generic writing though. Still an interesting part to watch but I enjoyed the first one more. Like the last episode, this one is a bit or a lore dump and also an emotional episode. That is why this is a must watch.
The story's pacing in this episode feels a bit sloppy; the first half moves very slowly with drawn-out emotional exposition, while the second half is suddenly forced to rush through to deliver the action confrontation.
