I really feel bad for Tachibana in this episode. She totally doesn't deserve any of this, bro! Not only is she bound by duty, but Tsubasa also makes things harder for them. That said, I don't find Tsubasa hateable at all. In fact, I understand her feelings a lot. It's just... simply unfair, you know?
The first few scenes were emotional since it showed how much Tsubasa was going through in Kanade's absence. I also found some of Hibiki's scenes at school entertaining because of how silly her friends act around her. The second half of the episode was probably my favorite just because Hibiki's scenes look like she has a lot of potential as a Gungnir.
The fight scenes in this episode feel much more focused and showcase a combat choreography that blends seamlessly with the character theme song's rhythm.
