What. A. Premiere! Let's set aside the story for now. The craftsmanship in this episode is mind-blowing. The visuals, animation, direction, and, most importantly, the music and BGM gave me goosebumps. What a great start. Story-wise, it's definitely very interesting, and the way it's told makes me very curious about what these noise creatures truly are.
The first episode was really enjoyable to watch, I find the concept of Noise and Gungnir to be a really interesting concept. I really liked both of Tsubasa and Kanade's designs. I also thought that the music in this episode sounded really beautiful.
What makes this premiere episode so memorable is the narrative hook in the opening minutes and the emotional stakes that are immediately set incredibly high.
