Lloyd Kawaii!! Riho and Selen make for such an unique duo! The characters so far, all seem really cool! All the classic archetypes yet I love it! Also seeing Lloyd who's naive in some aspects but so determined in others, makes him so endearing to watch and root for! Loved the vibe shift that happened, very nice pacing! That ending though! Cracked me up!!
This episode introduces us to some spectacular new faces that fit perfectly into this vibrant world. It's a joyful ride from start to finish.
The OP but clueless trope is entertaining. Lloyd is like a lion at the petting zoo, super strong but he thinks he's just normal. His interaction with Marie and the monster incident during the exam are just hilarious. Perfect mix of action and misunderstanding comedy.
