We're in Conron! Love a good back to hometown episode. Pacing was nice, with everything folding out nicely without felling rushed. Of course, seeing the reactions are a big chunk of the comedy this episode! Also Riho becoming my favourite character, was unexpected. The end was did give me goosebumps though.
This episode starts a new storyline involving a trip to a rural, forested region and as an anime lover who adores cozy fantasy world-building paired with elite-tier comedic misunderstandings, this premiere entry was an absolute treat.
What a great start to the Kunlun trip. Seeing Lloyd's friends reactions to what he calls a normal town is like nothing else. This Neverland like village is full of giant monsters that they just keep as pets. So entertaining.
