This was a mind-bending episode. The pacing is on point, it perfectly balances the fast-paced combat with moments of terror that left me shocked. The animation here is breathtaking, especially when watching the confrontation.

Shide finally peeled of his facade, Hizuru was spot on when she said that Shide has his own objective. I would have thought the "home" Haine was talking about would be beautiful but it turned out to be rather eerie. I'm not sure if the studio used a CGI in this episode but it doesn't even look out of place. There's another reveal regarding Haine that also proves Hizuru's final words.

I don't like the art style of the other location, but I know it's supposed to look that way. Shinpei and Ryuunosuke's interaction is so good.
