Episode Context

Coming off the previous episode's revelation of Nanami awakening on the island without memory, 'Where the Sunshine Is' functions as a critical emotional bridge, grounding her in the community before the narrative pivots toward deeper truths. It sits at a deliberate calm point two episodes before the finale, building the interpersonal foundation needed for what 'Memories of the Future' promises to unravel next. This is the series letting its characters breathe before the endgame closes in.
