Despite my hopes for this arc, it feels like it’s dragging a bit, though I’m still hopeful it will reach a good conclusion. One thing I didn’t like is how clueless Asagi is about Kojou. It’s been 17 episodes now so how does someone as smart as her still not know what he is?

I thought we were going to enjoy some fight scene from the escaped prisoners as they were hyped up as very powerful villains but that hope dashed. Animation is mid, fight scene was haphazardly thought and nothing of importance can be seen here. 5/10.

This ep is a total setup for the Blue Elysium arc and the vibes are immaculate. We finally get the lore and character depth needed to understand La Folia’s royal background and the chaos surrounding the island.
